Building Maintenance Management is proud to be nominated for three MADACS awards this year. The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony held September 16. The MADACS awards recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi-housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.
The annual MADACS awards are hosted by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a state-wide nonprofit trade organization with approximately 1,900 members who own, manage or service more than 320,000 homes throughout Minnesota. MHA serves as the voice of the state’s multi-housing industry.
BMM is nominated for the following MADACS awards:
Nick Svedin is nominated for Outstanding Service Commitment to Customers: Product/Service Individual award
Our maintenance team is nominated for Team Product/Service award
Our upgrade unit is nominated for Partial/Project Remodel: Unit award
